Hiring Team Leaders

We're hiring Business Development Executives (Team Leaders) in the U.S. and Canada!

Each Team Leader will represent a territory of about five million people divided up by counties in a particular state.

The Team Leader roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

1.     Manage Three to Five BDOs

2.     Prospect Property Owners for PathStone Capital

3.     Fill out Weekly Production Reports

4.     Attend Corporate Meetings Weekly

5.     Conduct Team Meetings

6.     Recruit

7.     Train

All borrower leads that are generated from PathStone Capital, or referred from other teams across the U.S. on commercial loans in your territory/county, would be expected to be serviced by your team.

With corporate lead generation capabilities from a top-down approach, coupled with the expectations of lead generation from each of the teams from a ground-up approach, we anticipate an annual closing volume range in excess of $20 million. The Business Development Executive is expected to earn $320,000 to $800,000+.

Qualifications to be a Business Development Executive include but are not limited to the following:

1.     Must be active in the commercial and/or residential real estate or lending industry.

2.     Must have experience in commercial lending and/or agree to go through extensive training

3.     Must have experience in managing people

4.     Must be committed full-time to the position

Before going into a phone interview process, we ask that you attend one of our one-hour webinars we conduct six days a week. This webinar will explain our opportunity A through Z, including how we train, our fee structure, how we generate leads from a top-down approach and how we train you to develop your territory.

This is not a W2 position. All our team leaders and BDOs are 1099 Independent Contractors. This is a 100% commission position. You are given a territory of five-million people to service. Expected closing volume is $5M-$10M per quarter. In addition to this volume, our team leaders may also sell real estate outside of lending, increasing this volume.
